FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When should I book my wedding cake?

Peak wedding season is March through October. If your wedding date falls within the peak season, we suggest you book three to six months in advance of your date. If your wedding occurs in the off-season, two to three months is sufficient.

Can I hold the date?

Yes. You can hold the date. You will need to fill out a contract and put down 50% based on your price. The cake design and all of the details must be finalized and paid in full two weeks prior to your date.

Are there different prices for any of the cake flavors?

No. All of the cake flavors are covered in the price per serving.

What about my cake topper?

I like to have the cake topper two weeks before the wedding when your final payment is due. That way you don't have to worry about it.

How far do you deliver?

We deliver all over the valley and surrounding cities.

Is there a delivery charge?

Yes. The delivery charge not only covers our time and fuel costs, but set-up as well. Prices range from $20.00 for local deliveries to $60.00+ for distant deliveries.

How much do your cakes cost?

Prices are based on the size of the cake and the design, which can vary. Please feel free to contact me for a quote at (623) 322-6010.

Can you tint the frosting to any color? What about matching designs from dresses, invitations, etc.?

No problem! Because all cakes are customized, frosting or fondant can be tinted to match nearly any color. We have worked from fabric swatches to invitation samples to paint chips!

What is rolled fondant?

Rolled fondant is a sugar dough, which is rolled out, then draped and molded over a cake. This is usually over a layer of butter cream, since the fondant needs something to adhere to. The result is a smooth, matte finish, which is both elegant and versatile
